Country Manager Lithuania

The Country Manager is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of the recruitment service according to the project deadlines and to the expected quantity. The position interacts with Candidates and the Client (OTTO Work Force NL) on a daily basis via phone and email.

The Country Manger will coordinate all activities on the Lithuanian market. The position is responsible for the organizational side and the business.

OTTO will provide support, expertise and administrative facilities (back office). The first two months the position will be located in the Netherlands after this the position will stay located in Lithuania.

What are you going to do exactly?

  • Developing recruitment business in Lithuania;
  • Promoting the OTTO brand on Lithuanian market;
  • Managing budget, business administration and legal issues;
  • Managing recruitment activities and recruitment team;
  • Leading marketing activities;
  • Meet defined SLA's and KPI’s.

Who are you and what can you contribute to the company?

  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience in the recruitment field preferred;
  • Knowledge of the recruitment market in Lithuania;
  • Required experience in managing business processes;
  • Strong motivation for development in service sector;
  • Good organizational skills, attention to details;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach;
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
